Located at Guanlan, Baoan District of Shenzhen and adjacent to Meiguan Highway, the project occupies a site area of approximately 376,000 sq. m. and a gross floor area of around 157,000 sq. m. It will be developed into a large-scale low-density luxury residential development with clubhouse and commercial facilities. The project is targeted for completion in phases from 2008 onwards.
