This project is located at the core commercial district of Shenzhen - Huaqiang Bei commercial district. The site is fronting onto Shennan Road, in the vicinity of the famous Huaqiang Bei shopping Street.

Occupying a site area of approximately 17,000 sq. m. and a gross floor area of around 180,000 sq. m., this comprehensive project will consist of a 60,000 sq. m. shopping centre, a 79,000 sq. m. Grade A office tower and a luxury business apartment of 41,000 sq. m. The project will have sufficient parking spaces and offer a direct access via subway to the Huaqiang Road Station of Metro Line 1. The whole project is targeted for completion in phases from 2010 onwards.
