 | Le Parc is situated in Tianfu Xin Cheng, the government planned new CBD of South Chengdu. Le Parc Phase I
Occupying an area of approximately 60,000 sq. m., the Phase I comprises 16-storey high-rise apartment with elevators. There are total 1,548 units and total construction area of 190,000 sq. m. It was basically sold out in 2007, and handed over to flat owners in 2009.
Le Parc Phase II

Metro: Hi-Tech station of Metro line no. 1 (operates in October 2010) is just 300-meter away from Le Parc. The nearby Metro line no. 5 and line no. 7 are under construction. Bus: Over 10 bus lines are available to access to the City, including no. 12, 26, 76, 84, 91, 93, 115, 331, 501, 533, 801, 805, 815 and 823. Highway: A number of highways are closed to Le Parc, such as Chengya Expressway and Around-the-city Expressway. It is easy to get to the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport within 10 minutes.
