The eastern end of HLC is designed as a 10 storeys modern office complex, each floor has a gross area of 23,000 sq.ft. and is capable of sub-division into smaller units. Another end of HLC is a 7 storeys advanced freight distribution centre with up to 677,000 sq.ft. of leasable space on each of the 6 upper floors and a large holding and parking area on the roof.

Hutchison Logistics Centre is located at Kwai Chung within Terminal 4. Kwai Chung is well-served by a comprehensive trunk road system that enables easy access to Chap Lap Kok Airport and the rail network, as well as other industrial areas of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

Minibuses, private cars and taxis can access HLC, ample parking spaces are available for office tenants on the building's mezzanine level, with direct access to the office complex lift lobby. Moreover, shuttle bus services leading to Kwai Fong MTR is also available for staffs working in HLC.

A canteen located on the top roof of HLC is available for staffs and visitors.

For the warehouse unit, clear height below beams is 16 ft with floor loading capacity of 350 lb/sq.ft., there are 6 godown lifts and 8 office lifts serving the whole building.
