Century Link occupies a site area of about 51,000 sq. m. with a total floor area of approximately 220,000 sq. m. plus another approximately 50,000 sq. m. basement commercial area. It will be developed into an integrated commercial complex comprising an international shopping mall and 2 blocks of Grade-A office towers.
