The site is located at the heart of the Shanghai Pudong New District, occupying a unique position at the mid point between Lujiazui Financial Centre and Hua Mu Cultural Administrative District.
Located above the interchange station of four major Metro lines and being the connecting point for three tunnels, the site enjoys seamless transition and convenience, and is considered one of the most important planned strategic transport interchanges in the Shanghai City.
Being the core development of future Pudong commercial district, the site occupies a site area of over 50,000 sq m. with a total gross floor area of approximately 210,000 sq m. It will be developed into an integrated commercial complex on top of a large-scale Metro interchange station.
